In a manner of fantasy, this flash was a wonder, keeping a simplistic style helped root the fantasy behind it, yet also making myself ask questions about it.

so on and so forth, it felt like you were giving the flash somewhat of a storybook point of view.

The no hands thing was mostly just because I couldn't get them to look right in the style. I wanted the man to stand out more than the clocks and having black clock hands everywhere made his black body less eye-catching.
